    Product Features
This series of dry-type transformers is engineered with advanced manufacturing technologies and high-quality materials, delivering outstanding operational stability, energy efficiency, and environmental adaptability. It is widely applicable in Industrial ParksCommercial ComplexesOutdoor Substations and similar scenarios, meeting diverse demands across various working conditions.
Low-Voltage Coil Design: The low-voltage coil is wound with High-Purity Copper Foil featuring uniform thickness, a large conductive cross-section, and excellent thermal conductivity. This reduces contact resistance between conductors, effectively lowering load loss while optimizing internal electromagnetic field distribution to prevent local overheating. Following winding, the coil ends undergo high-temperature curing, integrating insulation materials with the conductors to form a robust, integral structure.
High-Voltage Coil — Vacuum Epoxy Resin Casting: Produced using vacuum epoxy resin casting technology in a high-vacuum environment, completely eliminating bubbles, impurities, and moisture. After constant-temperature curing, the coil forms a solid cylindrical structure with extremely high mechanical strength. Achieves a very low partial discharge level of ≤5 pC, significantly improving operational reliability and service life, with high short-circuit and lightning impulse withstand capabilities.
Heat Dissipation & Cooling System: Default cooling method is AN — Air Natural Cooling relying on convection and radiation for simplicity and low energy consumption. For high-load density applications, an optional AF — Air Forced Cooling system can be equipped, composed of efficient fans, temperature sensors, and a control module. The AF system activates automatically when temperature thresholds are exceeded, enhancing cooling efficiency by over 30% and ensuring safe operation under peak loads.
High-Performance Protective Enclosure: Constructed from Stainless Steel or Aluminum Alloy, offering excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. Suitable for harsh environments such as humidity, dust, and outdoor weather conditions. Protection level can reach IP23, meeting the needs of various application scenarios.

    Frequently Asked Questions
    Q
What is the partial discharge level of the SCB11-10KV dry-type transformer's high-voltage coil?
The high-voltage coil is manufactured using vacuum epoxy resin casting technology, which completely eliminates bubbles, impurities, and moisture. After constant-temperature curing, the coil achieves a very low partial discharge level of ≤5 pC, which significantly reduces insulation aging and improves long-term operational reliability and service life.
    Q
What cooling methods are available for this dry-type transformer series?
The default cooling method is Air Natural Cooling (AN), which relies on convection and radiation — offering simplicity and low energy consumption. For applications with high-load density or requiring short-term overload capacity, an optional Air Forced Cooling (AF) system can be equipped. The AF system activates automatically when temperature thresholds are exceeded, enhancing cooling efficiency by over 30%.
    Q
What protection level does the transformer enclosure offer, and what materials are used?
The protective enclosure is constructed from stainless steel or aluminum alloy, providing excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The protection level can reach IP23, making it suitable for harsh environments including high humidity, dusty conditions, and outdoor weather exposure.
    Q
What are the typical application scenarios for this dry-type transformer series?
This series of dry-type transformers is widely applicable in industrial parks, commercial complexes, municipal infrastructure, outdoor substations, and similar scenarios. It meets diverse demands across various working conditions thanks to its outstanding operational stability, energy efficiency, and environmental adaptability.
    Q
What is the rated capacity range available for the SCB11-10KV transformer series?
The SCB11-10KV dry-type transformer series covers a wide range of rated capacities from 30 KVA up to 2500 KVA, with short-circuit impedance values of 4% (for capacities up to 630 KVA) and 4.5% (for capacities from 630 KVA to 2500 KVA), accommodating diverse power distribution requirements.
    Q
Why is high-purity copper foil used for the low-voltage coil, and what are its benefits?
High-purity copper foil is used for the low-voltage coil because of its uniform thickness, large conductive cross-section, and excellent thermal conductivity. This design reduces contact resistance between conductors, effectively lowering load loss and optimizing the internal electromagnetic field distribution to prevent local overheating, ultimately enhancing the transformer's mechanical strength and operational stability.
