The insulating oil will not oxidize or deteriorate due to contact with air, nor will it absorb moisture from the air. This effectively avoids problems of insulation aging and deterioration of the oil quality. Compared with traditional non-sealed transformers, there is no need for regular oil replenishment or oil replacement maintenance work, significantly reducing the workload and cost of operation and maintenance.
Equipped with intelligent monitoring systems, it tracks oil temperature, winding temperature, oil level, and load current in real time. Data is transmitted to the background monitoring center via wireless communication. When parameters exceed set thresholds, the system issues audible and visual alarms, pushing warning information to personnel for early detection of potential hazards.
Achieves low-noise operation (≤ 45-55 dB) through optimized core structure and shock-absorbing materials.
