    Product Features
    Core Design: Safety & Reliability
This series of transformers takes safety and reliability as the core design principles, integrating high-performance insulating materials, sophisticated coil structures and advanced manufacturing processes. It can stably operate in complex and harsh working environments, and is widely trusted in fields with high safety and stability requirements.
    1
    Good Safety Performance
The transformer adopts high-quality environmentally friendly insulating materials, which are carefully selected and strictly tested to ensure that the content of combustible components is minimized. These insulating materials have multiple safety characteristics such as non-toxicity, self-extinguishing, flame retardancy and fire resistance, fully complying with international environmental protection and safety standards. In the event of accidental open fire combustion, the insulating materials will not release toxic or harmful gases, and the smoke production is almost negligible, effectively avoiding secondary hazards such as air pollution and personnel poisoning caused by smoke and toxic gases.
    2
    Wide Application Scenarios
This outstanding safety performance makes the transformer particularly suitable for key areas with high fire protection requirements and large load demands. Typical application scenarios include high-rise buildings, where the dense population and complex pipeline layout put forward strict requirements on fire safety; airports and subways, which are important transportation hubs with large passenger flow and high reliability requirements; metallurgy and petrochemical industries, where the working environment is harsh and flammable and explosive substances are present, requiring equipment to have excellent flame retardancy and explosion-proof performance; as well as large shopping malls, hospitals and other public places with high pedestrian flow and high fire safety standards. In these scenarios, the transformer can effectively reduce fire risks and ensure the safety of personnel and property.
    3
    Advanced Vacuum Pressure-Impregnation Technology
The core manufacturing process adopts vacuum pressure-impregnation technology. The windings are subjected to strict vacuum pressure-impregnation and curing treatment, which ensures that the insulating material can fully penetrate into every gap of the winding, eliminating air bubbles and moisture in the insulation layer. This not only improves the insulation strength of the winding, but also enhances the bonding force between the conductor and the insulating material, forming a solid integral structure. In addition, the coil compression adopts a pressure block structure, which applies uniform pressure to the coil, ensuring that the winding remains compact and stable during long-term operation, and avoiding insulation degradation caused by coil loosening.
    4
Ultra-Low Partial Discharge & Long Service Life
Thanks to the above structural design and manufacturing process, the transformer has an extremely low partial discharge level (stably controlled below 5pC), which can effectively reduce insulation aging caused by partial discharge and prolong the service life of the equipment. During the entire service cycle, the transformer has no risks of cracking, insulation degradation or other common faults, and can maintain stable and reliable operation even under long-term full-load or intermittent operation conditions, reducing the frequency of maintenance and downtime and ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the power supply system.

    Frequently Asked Questions
    Q
What insulating materials are used in this transformer series, and are they environmentally friendly?
Yes. This transformer series uses high-quality environmentally friendly insulating materials that are carefully selected and strictly tested. They are non-toxic, self-extinguishing, flame retardant, and fire resistant, fully complying with international environmental protection and safety standards. In the event of fire, they do not release toxic gases and produce negligible smoke.
    Q
What is the partial discharge level of this transformer, and why does it matter?
The partial discharge level is stably controlled below 5pC. A low partial discharge level is critical because it reduces insulation aging, extends the service life of the equipment, and ensures reliable, maintenance-free operation over the long term — even under full-load or intermittent operation conditions.
    Q
What rated capacities are available for this transformer series?
The transformer series covers a wide range of rated capacities from 30 KVA up to 2500 KVA, making it suitable for both small and large-scale power distribution applications. Short-circuit impedance options include 4.0%, 6.0%, and 8.0% depending on the capacity selected.
    Q
What are the typical application scenarios for this transformer?
This transformer is ideal for high fire protection and high reliability environments, including high-rise buildings, airports, subway systems, metallurgy and petrochemical plants, large shopping malls, and hospitals. Its flame retardancy and low-emission properties make it especially suitable for densely populated or safety-critical facilities.
    Q
What manufacturing process is used to ensure winding insulation quality?
The core manufacturing process utilizes vacuum pressure-impregnation (VPI) technology. The windings undergo strict vacuum pressure-impregnation and curing treatment, ensuring insulating material fully penetrates every gap in the winding, eliminating air bubbles and moisture. This creates a solid integral structure with enhanced insulation strength and bonding force between conductor and insulating material.
    Q
What voltage combinations and tap ranges are supported?
The transformer supports high voltage inputs of 6 / 6.3 / 6.6 / 10 / 10.5 / 11 KV with a tap range of ±5% or ±2×2.5%, and a standard low voltage output of 0.4 KV. Connection group labels include Dyn11 and Yyn0, providing flexible configuration for various grid requirements.
