Product Features
⚡ High Short-Circuit Resistance and Reliable Operation Safety
Through multi-dimensional structural optimization design, the anti-short-circuit performance is enhanced. Advanced simulation software is used to accurately calculate the leakage magnetic field and force field of the windings, optimize the distribution of ampere-turns and shielding measures, and minimize the short-circuit electromagnetic force. The windings are wound using semi-hard copper wires or self-adhesive staggered wires on a high-stiffness hard paper tube. The wire buns are designed with "0" tolerance, the end wire turns are flattened and tightly bound with non-woven tape, and the insulation of key parts is strengthened.
🌡️ Efficient Heat Dissipation Design, Prolongs Insulation Lifespan
The full oil circuit guiding cooling structure is adopted, with longitudinal oil channels set inside the windings, combined with the end face guiding design of the coil. This enables the transformer oil to form an efficient circulating cooling circuit, quickly removing the heat from the windings and the core. The oil tank adopts a corrugated structure or is paired with an efficient plate-type heat sink. The corrugated oil tank's corrugations can freely expand and contract with the oil temperature, enhancing the heat dissipation area and improving the sealing performance. Through temperature field simulation to optimize the cooling path, the hotspot temperature of the windings is effectively reduced. Compared with traditional products, the average temperature rise is reduced by 10K, significantly delaying the insulation aging speed, and extending the insulation life of the equipment by more than double.
🔒 Fully Sealed Structure Design, No Maintenance Required and More Convenient to Use
A fully sealed bell-shaped oil tank or corrugated oil tank structure is adopted, eliminating the traditional oil reservoir. Through corrugated sheets or diaphragm-type oil reservoirs, the volume compensation of the oil is achieved, completely isolating the transformer oil from the atmosphere. This effectively prevents moisture, dust, and impurities from entering, and slows down the deterioration rate of the oil.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q
What makes this oil-immersed transformer's short-circuit resistance superior to conventional transformers?
This transformer uses advanced simulation software to precisely calculate leakage magnetic fields and force fields, optimizing ampere-turn distribution and shielding measures to minimize short-circuit electromagnetic force. The windings are wound with semi-hard copper wires or self-adhesive staggered wires on a high-stiffness hard paper tube, with "0" tolerance wire bun design and reinforced insulation at key parts, ensuring significantly enhanced anti-short-circuit performance and reliable operational safety.
Q
How does the cooling system work, and how much does it reduce the temperature rise?
The transformer adopts a full oil circuit guiding cooling structure with longitudinal oil channels inside the windings and end face guiding on the coil, forming an efficient circulating cooling circuit. Paired with a corrugated oil tank or plate-type heat sink, and optimized through temperature field simulation, the average temperature rise is reduced by 10K compared to traditional products, effectively slowing down insulation aging and extending insulation lifespan by more than double.
Q
Does this transformer require regular oil changes or maintenance?
No. The fully sealed bell-shaped or corrugated oil tank structure eliminates the traditional oil reservoir. Volume compensation is achieved through corrugated sheets or diaphragm-type oil reservoirs, completely isolating transformer oil from the atmosphere. This prevents moisture, dust, and impurities from entering, significantly slowing oil deterioration and making the unit maintenance-free for easy, long-term operation.
Q
What rated capacities are available for this oil-immersed transformer?
This oil-immersed transformer is available in a wide range of rated capacities from 50 KVA up to 2500 KVA, covering 16 standard capacity levels: 50, 100, 125, 160, 200, 250, 315, 400, 500, 630, 800, 1000, 1250, 1600, 2000, and 2500 KVA, suitable for diverse power distribution applications.
Q
What are the high-voltage and low-voltage specifications of this transformer?
The high-voltage (H.V.) side supports 35 KV and 38.5 KV, with a high-voltage tapping range of ±5% or ±2×2.5%. The low-voltage (L.V.) output is 0.4 KV. The connection group labels are Dyn1 and Yyn0, with a short-circuit impedance of 6.5% across all capacity levels.
Q
What is the no-load current range across different capacity models?
The no-load current decreases as the rated capacity increases. For smaller models such as 50 KVA, it is 1.30%, while for larger models such as 2000 KVA and 2500 KVA, it drops to 0.55%. This progressive reduction in no-load current reflects the improved efficiency at higher capacity levels, resulting in lower energy losses during idle operation.
