Fully Sealed Oil-Immersed Transformer 400V Low Voltage, 10kV High Voltage - China Suppliers & Factory Solutions
Product Features
Fully Sealed and Maintenance-Free Design
The transformer adopts a fully sealed structure design, with the oil tank completely isolated from the outside air. The insulating oil will not oxidize or deteriorate due to contact with air, nor will it absorb moisture from the air. This effectively avoids problems of insulation aging and deterioration of the oil quality. Compared with traditional non-sealed transformers, there is no need for regular oil replenishment or oil replacement maintenance work, significantly reducing the workload and cost of operation and maintenance. At the same time, the fully sealed design can prevent dust, impurities, etc. from entering the transformer interior, reducing the wear and corrosion of internal components.
Intelligent Monitoring and Early Warning Function
Transformers are generally equipped with intelligent monitoring systems, which can monitor key operating parameters such as oil temperature, winding temperature, oil level, insulation status, and load current of the transformer in real time. The monitoring data is transmitted to the background monitoring center through wireless communication modules, allowing staff to remotely and in real time grasp the operating status of the transformer. When the monitoring parameters exceed the set thresholds, the system will automatically issue audible and visual alarms and promptly push warning information to relevant personnel, facilitating the early detection of potential fault hazards and preventing the expansion of faults.
Low-Noise Green Operation
The transformer achieves low-noise operation by optimizing the core structure, using shock-absorbing materials and implementing a fully sealed design. Its no-load noise level is ≤ 45 dB(A), and the load noise level is ≤ 55 dB(A), which is 10–15 dB(A) lower than that of traditional transformers and meets the noise requirements of national environmental protection standards. The core adopts a fully inclined joint stacking process, reducing the noise generated by magnetic expansion; the coil winding is tightly arranged, lowering the electromagnetic vibration noise; rubber shock-absorbing pads are installed at the bottom of the oil tank and the bottom bracket to effectively absorb the vibrations generated during operation and reduce noise transmission. The low-noise design enables the S13 transformer to be directly installed in areas with noise sensitivity such as residential communities and commercial centers, enhancing the comfort of the power environment and contributing to the construction of a green city.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q
What does "fully sealed and maintenance-free" mean for an oil-immersed transformer?
A fully sealed oil-immersed transformer has its oil tank completely isolated from the outside air. This prevents the insulating oil from oxidizing, absorbing moisture, or deteriorating due to air contact. As a result, there is no need for regular oil replenishment or replacement, which significantly reduces ongoing maintenance costs and workload compared to traditional non-sealed transformers.
Q
What parameters does the intelligent monitoring system track in real time?
The intelligent monitoring system continuously tracks key operating parameters including oil temperature, winding temperature, oil level, insulation status, and load current. All data is transmitted wirelessly to a background monitoring center, enabling remote real-time oversight. If any parameter exceeds a preset threshold, the system automatically triggers audible and visual alarms and sends warning notifications to relevant personnel.
Q
What are the noise levels of this transformer compared to traditional models?
This transformer achieves a no-load noise level of ≤ 45 dB(A) and a load noise level of ≤ 55 dB(A). These figures are 10–15 dB(A) lower than those of traditional transformers, meeting national environmental protection noise standards. This makes it suitable for installation in noise-sensitive locations such as residential communities and commercial centers.
Q
What rated capacity range does this transformer series cover?
The transformer series covers a rated capacity range from 30 KVA up to 1600 KVA, accommodating a wide variety of power distribution applications from small commercial installations to large industrial facilities.
Q
What voltage combinations and tapping ranges are available?
The transformer supports high voltage (H.V.) options of 10 kV, 6.3 kV, and 6 kV, with a low voltage (L.V.) output of 0.4 kV. The tapping range is ±5% or ±2×2.5%, providing flexibility to accommodate varying grid voltage conditions. Connection group labels available include Yyn0 and Dyn11.
Q
How does the transformer achieve low-noise operation?
Low-noise operation is achieved through several engineering measures: the core uses a fully inclined joint stacking process to reduce magnetic expansion noise; the coil winding is tightly arranged to minimize electromagnetic vibration noise; and rubber shock-absorbing pads are installed at the bottom of the oil tank and the bottom bracket to absorb operational vibrations and reduce noise transmission. Together with the fully sealed design, these measures deliver a significantly quieter operating environment.
