    Product Features
This series of transformers features an optimized structural design, combining advanced materials and manufacturing processes to deliver outstanding electrical performance, mechanical stability, and adaptability. It is widely suitable for industrial production, commercial buildings, municipal engineering, and similar applications. Below is an overview of its core structural components and optional configurations.
    1 Iron Core
The core is wound from high-quality nanocrystalline alloy strips, known for ultra-high magnetic permeability, low coercivity, and minimal core loss. This reduces no-load loss by over 30% compared to traditional silicon steel. Available in three-phase five-column or three-phase three-column wound designs, the rectangular cross-section is optimized through electromagnetic simulation to ensure uniform magnetic flux distribution, reduce leakage, and lower losses. The wound structure enhances mechanical strength, suppressing vibration and noise.
    2 High-Voltage Coil
The high-voltage coil adopts a segmented cylindrical structure for even voltage distribution and improved withstand capacity. It is manufactured using vacuum casting with thin insulation and hermetic sealing, which enhances heat dissipation and protects against moisture and dust. For high-capacity windings, axial air ducts are integrated to promote airflow and prevent local overheating. This results in high voltage withstand performance, extremely low partial discharge (≤5pC), excellent dust resistance, and efficient cooling.
    3 Low-Voltage Coil
The low-voltage coil uses a foil structure with DMD prepreg hot-pressed between layers, effectively resolving ampere-turn imbalance common in traditional wire-wound designs. The foil ensures uniform current distribution, reduces localized losses, and eliminates axial winding angles, significantly lowering axial electromagnetic forces during short circuits. The hot-pressed process enhances interlayer bonding, forming a solid, mechanically stable coil with low additional loss.
    4 Outer Casing & Configuration
The enclosure can be customized in materials such as ordinary steel (cost-effective for indoor use), aluminum alloy (lightweight, corrosion-resistant for outdoor/humid environments), or stainless steel (durable for harsh conditions like coastal or chemical plants). Protection levels include IP20 (indoor, blocks solids >12.5mm) and IP23 (outdoor/semi-outdoor, protects against angled water ingress). High- and low-voltage busbar interfaces can be flexibly configured to match user layout needs, simplifying installation and improving system compatibility.

    Frequently Asked Questions
Q What makes the nanocrystalline alloy iron core superior to traditional silicon steel cores?
The nanocrystalline alloy iron core offers ultra-high magnetic permeability, low coercivity, and minimal core loss. Compared to traditional silicon steel, it reduces no-load loss by over 30%, resulting in significantly improved energy efficiency and lower operating costs over the transformer's lifespan.
Q What is the partial discharge level of the high-voltage coil, and why does it matter?
The high-voltage coil achieves an extremely low partial discharge level of ≤5pC. Low partial discharge is critical because it indicates excellent insulation integrity, reducing the risk of insulation degradation, electrical failure, and ensuring long-term reliable operation in demanding environments.
Q How does the foil-wound low-voltage coil improve short-circuit performance?
The foil structure eliminates axial winding angles and ensures uniform current distribution across the entire winding. This significantly reduces axial electromagnetic forces generated during short-circuit events, enhancing the transformer's mechanical stability and short-circuit withstand capability compared to traditional wire-wound designs.
Q What enclosure material and protection level should I choose for outdoor or harsh environments?
For outdoor or humid environments, an aluminum alloy enclosure with IP23 protection is recommended, as it is lightweight and corrosion-resistant while protecting against angled water ingress. For extremely harsh conditions such as coastal areas or chemical plants, a stainless steel enclosure provides superior durability and long-term corrosion resistance.
Q What rated capacity range is available, and what connection group is used?
This transformer series covers a rated capacity range from 30 KVA up to 2500 KVA. All units use the Dyn11 connection group, supporting high-voltage inputs of 6, 6.3, 10, 10.5, or 11 KV with a standard low-voltage output of 0.4 KV and tap adjustment ranges of ±5% or ±2×2.5%.
Q Can the busbar interfaces be customized to fit different installation layouts?
Yes. Both the high-voltage and low-voltage busbar interfaces can be flexibly configured to match specific user layout requirements. This flexibility simplifies on-site installation, reduces the need for additional wiring modifications, and improves overall system compatibility across various industrial and commercial applications.
