    Product Features
    1 Ultra-low no-load loss, a green and energy-saving benchmark
The key lies in using high magnetic conductivity grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, preferably in the ultra-thin 0.20mm specification. Their magnetic permeability can reach 1.93T, with the easily magnetized structure accounting for over 95%. This reduces magnetic hysteresis loss from the source. During production, the 45° full inclined seam holeless stacking process and the horizontal five-step laminating technology are adopted, combined with the core column epoxy glass tape binding reinforcement. This minimizes the magnetic circuit gap and leakage loss to the greatest extent. Compared with traditional S9 series products, the average no-load loss is reduced by more than 30%, the no-load current decreases by 70%–85%, and even during long-term light-load operation, significant energy savings can be achieved.
2 Low load loss, efficient power transmission
The windings are made of high-purity oxygen-free copper electromagnetic wire, which undergoes special surface treatment to ensure the smoothness and absence of burrs on the wire, effectively reducing the resistance and eddy current losses. According to the capacity requirements, multi-layer cylindrical, intertwined continuous, or inner shielded winding structures are adopted. For large-capacity products, composite wires are also used. By optimizing the arrangement of the wire buns and the distribution of ampere-turns, the winding current is evenly distributed, reducing local overheating and concentrated losses.
3 Load-carrying non-stop voltage regulation, with stable and controllable voltage
Equipped with a high-precision on-load voltage regulating switch, a separate voltage regulating winding is specially designed. The axial dimensions and magnetic center of each winding are strictly controlled to ensure stable electromagnetic balance during the voltage regulation process. It can smoothly switch the tap position within the range of 0 to 100% of the rated load. The voltage regulation accuracy is ±2.5%, and it can quickly respond to voltage fluctuations in the power grid and precisely maintain the output voltage within the set range.

    Frequently Asked Questions
Q What makes this oil-immersed transformer more energy-efficient than traditional S9 series transformers?
This transformer uses ultra-thin 0.20mm grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with magnetic permeability up to 1.93T, combined with a 45° full inclined seam holeless stacking process. These improvements reduce average no-load loss by more than 30% and no-load current by 70%–85% compared to traditional S9 series products, resulting in significant energy savings even during long-term light-load operation.
Q What type of winding material is used, and why does it reduce load loss?
The windings are made of high-purity oxygen-free copper electromagnetic wire with special surface treatment to ensure smoothness and eliminate burrs. This effectively reduces resistance and eddy current losses. For large-capacity products, composite wires are also used to further optimize current distribution and minimize local overheating.
Q What is the voltage regulation accuracy of the on-load tap changer?
The transformer is equipped with a high-precision on-load voltage regulating switch that achieves a voltage regulation accuracy of ±2.5%. It can smoothly switch tap positions within the range of 0 to 100% of the rated load without interrupting power supply, quickly responding to grid voltage fluctuations to maintain stable output.
Q What capacity range is available for this oil-immersed transformer?
This transformer is available in a wide range of rated capacities from 50 KVA up to 2500 KVA, with high-voltage combinations of 35 KV / 38.5 KV and a low-voltage output of 0.4 KV, suitable for diverse power distribution applications.
Q What connection group labels are supported by this transformer?
This transformer supports two standard connection group labels: Dyn11 and Yyn0. Both configurations are available across the full capacity range, allowing flexible integration into different grid systems and load requirements.
Q What is the short circuit impedance of this transformer, and why does it matter?
The short circuit impedance is 6.5% across all capacity ratings. This value is critical as it determines the fault current level during a short circuit event, directly affecting the protection coordination of the power system and the mechanical stress on the transformer windings under fault conditions.
