    Product Features
High Short-Circuit Resistance and Reliable Operation Safety
Through multi-dimensional structural optimization design, the anti-short-circuit performance is enhanced. Advanced simulation software is used to accurately calculate the leakage magnetic field and force field of the windings, optimize the distribution of ampere-turns and shielding measures, and minimize the short-circuit electromagnetic force. The windings are wound using semi-hard copper wires or self-adhesive staggered wires on a high-stiffness hard paper tube. The wire buns are designed with "0" tolerance, the end wire turns are flattened and tightly bound with non-woven tape, and the insulation of key parts is strengthened.
Efficient Heat Dissipation Design — Prolongs Insulation Lifespan
The full oil circuit guiding cooling structure is adopted, with longitudinal oil channels set inside the windings, combined with the end face guiding design of the coil. This enables the transformer oil to form an efficient circulating cooling circuit, quickly removing the heat from the windings and the core. The oil tank adopts a corrugated structure or is paired with an efficient plate-type heat sink. The corrugated oil tank's corrugations can freely expand and contract with the oil temperature, enhancing the heat dissipation area and improving the sealing performance. Through temperature field simulation to optimize the cooling path, the hotspot temperature of the windings is effectively reduced. Compared with traditional products, the average temperature rise is reduced by 10K, significantly delaying the insulation aging speed, and extending the insulation life of the equipment by more than double.
Fully Sealed Structure Design — No Maintenance Required
A fully sealed bell-shaped oil tank or corrugated oil tank structure is adopted, eliminating the traditional oil reservoir. Through corrugated sheets or diaphragm-type oil reservoirs, the volume compensation of the oil is achieved, completely isolating the transformer oil from the atmosphere. This effectively prevents moisture, dust, and impurities from entering, and slows down the deterioration rate of the oil.

    Frequently Asked Questions
Q What is the rated capacity range of this oil-immersed transformer?
This oil-immersed transformer is available in a wide range of rated capacities, from 50 KVA up to 2500 KVA, making it suitable for a variety of power distribution applications in industrial, commercial, and utility settings.
Q What voltage combinations are supported by this transformer?
The transformer supports high-voltage inputs of 35 KV and 38.5 KV, with a low-voltage output of 0.4 KV. The high-voltage tapping range is ±5% or ±2×2.5%, providing flexible voltage adjustment options to meet different grid requirements.
Q How does the fully sealed structure benefit long-term operation?
The fully sealed bell-shaped or corrugated oil tank design completely isolates the transformer oil from the atmosphere, preventing moisture, dust, and impurities from entering. This significantly slows oil deterioration, reduces maintenance requirements, and extends the overall service life of the equipment.
Q How does the heat dissipation design extend insulation lifespan?
The full oil circuit guiding cooling structure, combined with longitudinal oil channels inside the windings and an optimized corrugated or plate-type heat sink, reduces the average temperature rise by 10K compared to traditional products. This effectively slows insulation aging and more than doubles the insulation lifespan of the equipment.
Q What measures are taken to improve short-circuit resistance?
Advanced simulation software is used to calculate leakage magnetic fields and force fields, optimizing ampere-turn distribution and shielding measures. The windings use semi-hard copper wires or self-adhesive staggered wires wound on high-stiffness hard paper tubes with "0" tolerance wire bun design, flattened end turns, non-woven tape binding, and reinforced insulation at key parts.
Q What is the short-circuit impedance of this transformer?
The short-circuit impedance for this series of oil-immersed transformers is 6.5% across all capacity ratings from 50 KVA to 2500 KVA. This value ensures reliable protection performance and compatibility with standard power distribution systems.
